Dr. Lori Jeffcoat, Will be teaching a half day class on Massage techniques learned from Uncle Dave Nuuhiwa and other sources. DR. Lori has been Uncle Dave's student since 1983, and a Chiropractor since 1996, and has picked up a few ways to alleviate aches and pains from "the mat," as well as Trigger Points, Cross Frictional, and Intuitive.
Uncle Dave always believed in the old sayings that "if you can take someone apart, you had better know how to put them back together."
Please bring a person to work on and comfortable clothing, towel, pillow and your favorite oil or lotion and a portable massage table if you have one."
